Made a lasagna for the first time consisted of Mediterranean char-grilled vegetables and some minced chicken, tasted amazing and the texture was exactly right.

Pizza Express Margherita Pizza which is decent calories and flavorful with a good amount of cheese, was half price as its normally quite pricey.

Made a Blueberry Cake Loaf, a slice (1/4 ) is 250kcal, enjoying baking plus you know what is in it without any artificial and unnecessary ingredients. I keep it in a quality street tin to stay fresh.

Apple and Plum Lattice Pie from Morrisons Bakery, tasted okay, wasn't too keen on the crust.

 Made my first ever carrot cake and it came out pretty good.

Was getting sick of eating plain chocolates, felt sickly sweet so thought why not try this selection, was on sale in Lidl, my favorite was this nutty praline one at the moment.

Apple and Blueberry porridge from Aldi which tastes just like the quaker brand and much cheaper
