Chai Tea

Splurged on pastries yesterday evening so kept it light today so had green tea and a satsuma for breakfast. Lunch was vegetable pakoras which I only ate half of because they were to tough for my braces. Also steamed vegetables as normal. Made some hot chocolate with almond milk and a snack of cheese.




Snack before dinner was another cheese block and small satsuma, Dinner was cottage cheese and vegetables and the main meal was omelette which contained cheese and a side of chips. Best dinner ever. Dessert was chai tea which was amazing and only 50kcal and a freddo and small banana.
