For breakfast I had my normal deal of porridge but then ended up overeating which consisted of biscuits which I can never stop at one so should never really touch, had to keep lunch light so I had a salad which was only 25kcal
Came back from grocery shopping and had a snack of Horlicks and orange
The long awaited dinner was steamed vegetables as you can see from the fog, cottage cheese with tomato bread and watermelon plus porridge
